Terms & Conditions for Registration Fee

• 1. Payment Deadline: The registration fee must be paid in full by the specified deadline to secure your participation in the event.


• 2. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, UPI. Please ensure the correct transaction details are used.
• 3. Confirmation of Registration: Your registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
• 4. Cancellation Policy
  • a. Cancellations made before 31st October 2024 are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations after 31st October 2024 will not be eligible for a refund
  • b. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to csicon2024@gmail.com
• 5. Transfer of Registration: Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizers.
• 6. Student/Trainee Rates: To qualify for student/trainee rates, valid student ID or proof of trainee status must be provided during registration.
• 7. Modification of Registration: Requests to modify registration details must be submitted in writing to csicon2024@gmail.com
• 8. Event Changes or Cancellation: In the unlikely event of changes or cancellation of the conference, registered participants will be notified, and appropriate measures will be taken, including partial refunds if necessary.
• 9. Personal Information: By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event-related communication and organization purposes.
• 10. Badge Policy: Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event.
• 11. Force Majeure: The organizers are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or "force majeure" events that may affect the event.
• 12. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to the event's code of conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
• 13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or discrepancies will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Lucknow through amicable negotiation.
• 14. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
