Terms & Conditions for Registration Fee

1. Payment Deadline: The registration fee must be paid in full by the specified deadline to secure your participation in the event.

2. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, UPI. Please ensure the correct transaction details are used.
3. Confirmation of Registration: Your registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
- a. Cancellations made before 31st October 2024 are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations after 31st October 2024 will not be eligible for a refund
- b. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to csicon2024@gmail.com
5. Transfer of Registration: Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizers.
6. Student/Trainee Rates: To qualify for student/trainee rates, valid student ID or proof of trainee status must be provided during registration.
7. Modification of Registration: Requests to modify registration details must be submitted in writing to csicon2024@gmail.com
8. Event Changes or Cancellation: In the unlikely event of changes or cancellation of the conference, registered participants will be notified, and appropriate measures will be taken, including partial refunds if necessary.
9. Personal Information: By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event-related communication and organization purposes.
10. Badge Policy: Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event.
11. Force Majeure: The organizers are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or "force majeure" events that may affect the event.
12. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to the event's code of conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or discrepancies will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Lucknow through amicable negotiation.
14. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
